Our one-day or half-day retreat offers an immersive experience in the powerful technique of Transformational Breath®. It's an opportunity to energise your body, calm your mind, and release tension, all while connecting with emotive music and movement. This transformative work is ideal for those committed to self-discovery and change but have limited time. Expect to feel lighter, freer, and more relaxed in just one day.
Transformational Breath® Retreat Schedule:
Morning Session: We start with an introduction to Transformational Breath®, covering the four basics of the technique, followed by a full facilitated breath session.
Afternoon Session: The day concludes with a Transformational Breath® session and a guided meditation – the perfect way to wrap up your transformative experience at Whalebones Wellbeing Centre.
Transformational Breath® Retreat Benefits:
This retreat is designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, bringing balance back into your life in just one session. You'll leave with new tools and techniques to continue your transformative journey at all levels.
Retreat Programme:
9.30 am: Welcome and Introduction to Transformational Breath® and full breathing session.
11.30 am: Full breath session.
1.00 pm: Lunch - Bring your own food to enjoy in our gardens or conservatory. Kitchen facilities available.
Transformational Breath® One-day attendees return to the Whalebones Wellbeing Centre for the afternoon session.
2.15 pm: Restorative movement.
2.30 pm: Transformational Breath® session.
3.40 pm: Afternoon break.
4.30 pm: Guided Meditation.
5.00 pm: Retreat concludes (approximate time).
Preparation Guidelines:
Comfortable clothing (yoga or gym attire) is recommended.
Bring warm socks as shoes are not permitted indoors.
Eat lightly before the workshop.
Bring your own water bottle for hydration.
Come with an open mind and a personal intention for the session.
Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, and mouthpieces are provided.
Who Should Attend?
This retreat is open to anyone over the age of 18. Whether you're new to Transformational Breath® or have previous experience, all fitness levels and backgrounds are accommodated. If you're younger, please contact us for further advice.
