This retreat is perfect for those seeking to infuse their lives with peace and joy, release past traumas, or simply dedicate a day to personal reflection and growth. Experience a profound connection with yourself, resolving inner conflicts and empowering positive change.

Retreat Experience:

A one-day retreat is an opportunity for you to engage more fully with this powerful breath technique and experience the benefits of Transformational Breath®. This mini retreat will enable you to energise your body, calm the mind, releasing and letting go of tension while connecting to the essence of emotive music and movement.

​This work can be transformative and great for those committed to self-discovery and change, but with limited time to devote to such transformation. Your body and mind will feel lighter, freer and much more relaxed, even in one day.

Transformational Breath® Retreat Schedule:

Morning Session: We start with an introduction to Transformational Breath®, covering the four basics of the technique, followed by a full facilitated breath session.

Afternoon Session: The day concludes with a Transformational Breath® session and a guided meditation – the perfect way to wrap up your transformative experience at Whalebones Wellbeing Centre.

Retreat Programme:

  • Welcome from 10.30am

  • 11.00 - Introduction to Transformational Breath®

  • 12.00 - Full Breath session 1

  • 13.15 - Lunch: Bring your own delicious food and share lunch either outdoors in the extensive gardens or in the spacious conservatory. Fridge and re-heating facilities available in the fully stocked kitchen.

  • 14.30 - Restorative movement

  • 14.40 - Transformational Breath® session 2

  • 16.00 - Break

  • 16.20 – Q&A

  • 16.50 - Closing Circle

  • Finish 5.00 pm (approx.)

Preparation Guidelines:

  • Each breath session is over an hour long lying on yoga mats on the floor.

  • If you have difficulty lying flat on the floor, please let us know in advance.

  • Please remember to wear comfortable clothes (like gym or yoga attire)

  • Wear warm socks (no shoes allowed indoors)

  • Eat lightly beforehand.

  • Please bring your own water bottle, which can be re-filled from the water urn.

  • Bring an open mind and begin to formulate an intention for the session.

  • Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and mouth pieces will be supplied.

Who Should Attend?

This retreat is open to anyone over the age of 18. Whether you're new to Transformational Breath® or have previous experience, all fitness levels and backgrounds are accommodated. If you're younger, please contact us for further advice.

This one-day retreat is a fantastic way to experience the power of Transformational Breath® in the safe and nurturing environment of Whalebone Park. We promise you it will be a day to remember.
