It's open to adults over the age of 18, accommodating all levels of fitness and experience.

Whalebones Breath Circle Package Dates:

The Whalebone Transformational Breath® Circle is now only available to book as a 3 date package. The Spring-Summer Breath Circle will take place on the 10th of April, 8th of May and 19th of June.

Whalebones Breath Circle Schedule:

7.00 pm: Welcome to our regular breathers

7.10 pm: Intention Setting to guide our experience

7.20 pm: Engage in a breath session with inspirational music

8.20 pm: Conclude the breath session with time for sharing, coaching, and support

8.30 pm: Finish the evening

Preparation Guidelines:

  • The session lasts over an hour, lying on yoga mats.

  • Comfortable clothing like gym or yoga attire is recommended.

  • Bring warm socks as shoes are not allowed indoors.

  • Eat lightly beforehand and bring your own water bottle.

  • Come with an open mind and a personal intention for the session.

  • Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, and mouthpieces are provided.

Who Should Attend?

Whalebones Breath Circle is for those familiar with the practices and technique of Transformational Breath® who are over the age of 18. Please contact us for further advice.
