Integrative Associates Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Usage: Integrative Associates Gift Cards can be applied as full or partial payment for any services offered by Integrative Associates, such as Transformational Breath workshops, The Journey sessions, and Magnetic Mind coaching. If the service cost exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be settled with another payment method.
Redemption: Gift Cards are redeemable only through our online booking platform. They are not valid for in-person transactions at any physical locations.
Validity: Each Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be usable.
Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law.
Not Reloadable: Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. They cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Loss or Theft: Integrative Associates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use. Gift Cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Modifications and Cancellations: Integrative Associates reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if deemed necessary due to fraudulent activity or misuse. We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as we deem necessary.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice and are applicable to all subsequent purchases or use of your Gift Card.
Disclaimers: Integrative Associates makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such Gift Card.
Ensure that you keep your Gift Cards secure and treat them as you would treat cash, as Integrative Associates is not responsible for use without your permission.
